Well an entire semester has passed since I last updated my journal so I thought I might as well fix that. I just returned from Japan last week and it was an absolutely amazing trip, I spent most of my time in Tokyo and Kyoto. And in my personal opinion as a history major and as an artist, Kyoto was much better. It was amazingly beautiful, and I loved it. And lucky me I get to return in time for the last week of school and finals, my favorite time of year... But at the moment that's hardly enough to dampen my spirits.

So I took the second semester of Japanese this summer and let me tell you something... Never take a foreign language over the summer, it was without a doubt the hardest class I have ever taken in my life... But somehow I survived!!! So now I have approximately one week of summer, sad day... I hope that during that one week I get some substantial progress made on my cosplay for Nan Desu Kan this year or I may never get it finished, which in my opinion would be a tragedy. But anyways I apologize for the complete and total lack of any sort of updates, between my class,  fights with my old land lady/ex-roommates mother(yes, big mistake obviously

So I just got back from seeing the third Pirates and I just had to say that it didn't disappoint, I absolutely loved it!! So I don't really have much of anything to say because people would kill me if I actually talked substantially about the movie but I'm way too excited to not say anything... Therefore I'll just ramble in circles and in the end I'll have said absolutely nothing but used a lot of words to do it in... So anywho.... I guess the moral of this story is go see Pirates because it is awesome...and really bad eggs.... Drink up me 'earties Yo Ho!! :)
